Meditation allows us to calm the mind and reduce the activity and inner conversation that we have with ourselves. This helps to clear the mind and allows us to become more focused. We experience a sense of inner peace and relaxation and our minds will feel refreshed.

In the history of yoga, guided meditations the book is called the yoga sutras. The history of yoga would not have been completed in the classical stage of yoga.

More specific results can be gained by listening to a guided meditations - - visualisation, where we use our imagination to visualise ourselves in a particular place or situation according to what we hear. This is usually followed by a period of silence which creates a space where our higher self can come through and information can be passed into our conscious mind. The point of the visualisation before this is to take our mind to a specific place so that we can gain specific information.

Something else you will be taught with this program is exactly how and why meditation is so useful at getting rid of stress. The science which was utilized to create this system is what makes the program so effective. He has left nothing at all out of this program because he integrated everything he has learned.

Kim, my practitioner, performed a little five minute consult in which she took my pulse, Guided Meditations inspected my tongue, and was horrified to learn about all the raw veggies I'd been consuming. Those traditional Chinese medicine people...they LOVE their cooked food! The first requirement is to select a place where a comfortable position can be acquired. Try to avoid becoming over comfortable however as you may be tempted to drift into sleep. A place where you can relax without any interruptions is all that is needed. Being seated comfortably is recommended.
