A strong full-bodied and complex wine which will certainly be appreciated by the wine lover. Both grape varieties are evident in their taste, especially the Jaen. Good with any food or by itself.
Wine specsVinification
Harvest by hand, de-stemmed and fermented for 3 to 4 weeks in 1000L wine tubs with manual press each day. When fermentation is complete it is pressed by using a traditional manual wine press. Aged in stainless steel tanks. No oak or additives were used, with very low sulphite levels.
