This wine is a captivating ruby red with a fruity aroma that captures the maritime flavours of this terroir. It’s a complex wine which is best served with meat dishes.
Harvest by hand, de-stemmed and fermented for 3 to 4 weeks in 1000L wine tubs with manual press each day. When fermentation is complete it is pressed by using a traditional manual wine press. Aged in stainless steel tanks. No oak or additives were used, with very low sulphite levels.
