Our “Orange Wine” is a white wine vinified like a red wine. It is fermented in contact with the skins, hence its orange hue. To be enjoyed and savoured slowly, on the nose, it will show its full aromatic potential over time. Great with cheese, pates or just by itself as an aperitif.
Wine specsVinification
Harvest by hand, de-stemmed and fermented for about 2 weeks in 1000L wine tubs with manual press each day. When fermentation is complete, it is pressed by using a traditional manual wine press. No additives or filters are used, with low sulphite levels.
