A classic Bordeaux-style blend with the elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is ready to be consumed, but it will improve over the years, ideal to buy a few bottles and stay “forgotten” in the wine cellar. It goes well with oven-baked fish dishes and well-seasoned meat dishes.
Harvest by hand, de-stemmed and fermented for 3 to 4 weeks in 1000L wine tubs with manual press each day. When fermentation is complete it is pressed by using a traditional manual wine press. Aged in stainless steel tanks. No oak or additives were used, with very low sulphite levels.
