A classical french blend from a great year, already smooth with the typical taste of these grapes. A young wine that will improve greatly in the years to come. It goes well with oven-baked fish dishes and well-seasoned meat dishes.
Wine specsVinification
Harvest by hand, de-stemmed and fermented for 3 to 4 weeks in 1000L wine tubs with manual press each day. When fermentation is complete it is pressed by using a traditional manual wine press. Aged in stainless steel tanks. No oak or additives were used, with very low sulphite levels.
