A very strong but extremely elegant wine. To enjoy on its own or with cheese, sausage or meat dishes.
Harvest by hand, de-stemmed and fermented for 3 to 4 weeks in 1000L wine tubs with manual press each day. When fermentation is complete it is pressed by using a traditional manual wine press. Aged in stainless steel tanks. No oak or additives were used, with very low sulphite levels.
