This is a fine and balanced wine with a strong Syrah flavour. Decant or give it some air in the glass to reveal its flavour.
Wine specsVinification
Harvest by hand, de-stemmed and fermented for 3 to 4 weeks in 1000L wine tubs with manual press each day. When fermentation is complete it is pressed by using a traditional manual wine press. Aged in stainless steel tanks. No oak or additives were used, with very low sulphite levels.
