Wine specsTasting Notes
A delicious Tannat from an excellent harvest. Soft despite its young age for a Tannat. It is to be appreciated immediately, but it will become interesting over the next few years. It will certainly be a very enriching tasting experience. To be enjoyed on its own, paired with pasta dishes, or salads with animal protein and cheese.
Wine specsVinification
Harvest by hand, de-stemmed and fermented for 3 to 4 weeks in 1000L wine tubs with manual press each day. When fermentation is complete it is pressed by using a traditional manual wine press. Aged in stainless steel tanks. No oak or additives were used, with very low sulphite levels.
